There is an air conditioning unit should you require it, the charge for this use is 5 Euros per day directly from the owner who will ‘hold’ the remote controls for these devices. One of the doors opens directly into the large open balcony. A TV with Greek channels and DVD player are also included, as is Free internet connection!

The modern kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, half oven with grill, kettle and toaster, aswell as table and seating for 4 persons. A patio door opens from the kitchen and overlooks the gardens of Ipsos Town Hall next door.

The Bathroom offers a full sized bath with shower over, WC and hand basin with mirror.

There is a large open balcony for you to enjoy the stunning sea views over Ipsos, Corfu Town and across to Albania and the Greek Main land. With sunbeds for your relaxation – there is no need to move from here all day! Just soak up the sun with a spectacular view of the sea opposite!

The family owners of this apartment also have the supermarket downstairs on the ground floor, very handy when you fancy an ice cream or run out of ingredients when cooking a meal!
It is open every day from 9am until approx 10pm, and stocks newspapers, magazines, maps, books, sunglasses, sunhats, sun creams, beach and sea sport items, dairy products, dry ingredients, meats, alcohol, crisps, drinks, sweets, ice creams and much much more!
