Unsupervised children are always a risk, whether at home or abroad and holiday relaxation cannot be enjoyed with excited and curious children constantly on the move. Most properties contain some form of hazard, hazards which may be taken for granted at home, but often seem to take on a different significance whilst on holiday for example low balconies, marble stairs and floor tiles, unprotected drops etc. Please contact us direct if you would like to ask any ‘child safety related questions’ about certain accommodation seen on our web site as we have up to date knowledge on all our carefully handpicked properties. We will always endeavor to give the fullest possible information, but may we remind all parents and guardians that they are responsible for the safety of the children in their party and NOT Affordable-Corfu.

We offer the following child care equipment to hire, but please request them at the time of  paying for your holiday accommodation deposit in order that we can check availability and later ensure it is in your accommodation on your arrival. May we please bring to your attention that all hire equipment is new and has been checked to  conform to European standards, but may not conform to British standards. Payment will be added to your holiday balance.

Babysitting Service

Affordable-Corfu is pleased to be able to offer parents an ‘occasional night off’ from being with their small loved ones while they enjoy a romantic and peaceful meal under the Corfiot stars!

Please note that babysitters are not trained nannies. On meeting your babysitter, guests must satisfy themselves that they are happy to leave their child in their care. Affordable-Corfu offers this facility purely as a service to our guests and cannot accept responsibility or guarantee the arrangements are satisfactory.

This service can be difficult to arrange prior to your arrival here on Corfu, as you may not know which night you are planning to dine alone, what the weather is going to be like, or how your children health is going to be whilst on holiday, so we suggest you contact either the office during working hours, or Lynn on her 24 hour emergency mobile number to check availability of the babysitters schedule during your stay.
