Our Summer 2008 programme offers you eight different organised painting weeks running in two separate parts:
Early season
Monday 19st May – Monday 26th May

Monday 2nd June – Monday 9th June

Mid/Late Season
Monday 8th September – Monday 15th September
Monday 15th September – Monday 22nd September
Monday 22nd September – Monday 29th October
Monday 29th October – Monday 6th October

Your flight arrival MUST be on a Monday and the weekly programme runs as follows:

Arrival onto glorious Corfu, relax, unpack and unwind! 6pm Welcome meeting by Affordable-corfu and introduction to your artist ‘Malcolm MacDonald’ |

Picked up from your accommodation at 09.00hrs and driven to your first painting venue at Kouloura |
| Wednesday |
Picked up from accommodation at 08.30hrs and taken to Palia Perithia for your second day painting. |
| Thursday |
Picked up from accommodation at 08.30hrs and taken to Strinila (& trip to Pantokrator after lunch) for your third day |
| Friday |
Picked up from accommodation at 08.30hrs and taken to Town (Art café/ Faliraki) for the forth day. |
| Saturday |
Picked up from accommodation at 08.30hrs and taken to Kassiopi ( Sat pm exhibit weeks work) |

Tuition 9.30 - 13.30 followed by lunch

About the Artist
Your Tutor Malcolm T MacDonald is in his early fifties, he has been painting since his childhood, and has been a professional artist and teacher for the last twelve years.
An honours graduate in Fine Art from the University of York and a Masters in Painting from The University of Hull, combined with ten years of teaching practice at all levels has provided him with a wealth of experience.
Malcolm has an easy friendly style of teaching, which has proven to get the best out of his students, whatever level you may be at whether a total beginner or able to work at a more advanced level you will find the pace of delivery is tuned to your own ability.
Malcolm has exhibited both in the UK with a recent show at the Hellenic Centre, London in 2005, and also most recently with a successful showing in Greece. Malcolm spends as much time as possible painting studies on site in and around the northern area of Corfu, and also in western Crete. His work is sought by a number of collectors and he is currently preparing a body of work for another show in Corfu. |
