Villa Helios

One of four stylish family villas set high on a hillside with breathtaking views of the Ropa Valley and the surrounding countryside.  The views are so panoramic that both the southern coastline of Perama and the shores of Ermones beach are visible from the Villa.

The Villa, built on one level, has been tastefully furnished in a modern classic style.  The Kitchen has been fully fitted in complimentary shades of honey and beige and is usefully located close to both the pool area and the sitting/dining room.

The airconditioned sitting room/dining room which comprises two large leather sofas, corner fireplace, wrought iron and glass coffee table and occasional table, overlooks the lawned garden and rolling hills of the Ropa Valley.  A TV, DVD, CD Player and a few board games provide, entertainment should you wish “an evening in” A long covered terrace is accessible directly from the sitting room and dining room through the double french doors.

The beautiful smoked glass and iron dining table stands majestically at the far end of the sitting room, inviting you to dine in style!

The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are accessed through a short hallway.
The two twin rooms decorated in complimentary shades comprise, two single beds, bedside tables and built in wardrobes. A modern bathroom with bath and wc is situated between the two rooms.

The Master Bedroom has a double pine bed, built in wardrobe and pine bedside tables.  It also has an ensuite shower room with cubicle shower unit and wc.  French doors open onto the covered terrace sharing the same panoramic views as the sitting/dining room

To the left of the house lies the private infinity pool and ample sunbathing area with six sunbeds and two umbrellas.  Birds and pretty butterflies are regular visitors to the area and give a wonderful country feel to this excellent family villa. 

For sports enthusiasts the villa could not have a better location, as Corfu’s 18 Hole Championship Golf Course is no more than a 10 minutes drive away, also one of the largest Waterparks in Europe “Aqualand” is also mere 10 minute drive away.

For Beachcombers the beautiful sandy beaches of the west coast, Glyfada, Ermones, stunningly beautiful Pelekas, famous for its amazing sunsets and even Paleokastritsa with its’ 18th Century working Monastery and choice of many small coves are all within a short drive to the villa.

Cleverly built on one-level, the “walk through” design of Villa Helios is a perfect choice for guests of all ages.  The Villa is also equipped with a washing machine and central heating for the cooler months of the year.
